We have many projects underway, at various stage of completion. Here is a selection of some of our current work .....
Original garden design: 2006 Garden refresh underway: 2023 – 2024 This was one of my early garden designs in 2006. And now it is time for a refresh. My lovely customer wanted to do away with the lawn, and create organic edible gardens, together with a potting shed, rain water catchment and storage, composting & worm farm. We are also planting fruit trees supported by a food forest system on the street front.
Garden design: 2016 Back garden: 2016-2018 Street front planting: 2021 New outdoor living area: 2020-2023 ongoing We have been working on different areas in this large family garden over several years. Current projects including finishing the planting and landscaping around a new outdoor living area, and filling out the planting on the street front. New build: 2021 - 2022 Garden design: 2022 This is an amazing & challenging site and beautiful new build, with panoramic views over Island Bay. But with the sun and views, comes wind and rotten rock! Gino has been very diligently doing the groundwork, improving the soil. And I think he has green thumbs, as the garden is establishing well! We have planted a classic green garden with lots of beautiful roses for Caterina; while Gino grows his family heirloom tomatoes in the new glasshouse.
Garden design: 2020 Landscaping: 2022 Planting: 2023 + ongoing These owners have been incredibly patient through lockdowns and delays, and I am looking forward to finally planting a garden of picking flowers and climbing roses, and greening up the back wall with a giant Jasmine espalier. In the meantime, through the wait, the owner has been growing her favourite seasonal picking flowers, like dahlias, in pots.
Garden design: 2019 Implementation: 2020 onnwards The owners have been doing a wonderful job implementing changes over time, starting with removing the old rotting pine deck in the back garden. We widened & painted the overhead verandah to give a more generous proportion to the addition of an outdoor room by Gerald Parsonson, and levelled & resurfaced the back for flexible outdoor living, and added an outdoor gas fireplace.
Garden design & planting front garden - 2019 Garden design back garden – Dec 2021 Landscaping back garden – 2023 A most enjoyable project helping my neighbours 😊 Andrea loves roses & dahlias and also works at interior design store & Designer’s Guild stockist Small Acorns – so we are fellow flowery fans. We have been working our way around the house – planting out the front garden following extensive renovations. Next up is the private & sunny back garden and bedroom courtyard.

Architect: Barbara Webster House renovation & landscaping 2021-22 Planting design & planting: 2022-23 + ongoing We joined this project towards the end to do the planting, as the housing renovation and landscape build were being completed.
